Programs

Summer & Winter Sports

We offer programs and competitive opportunities in several sports for athletes ages twelve and up. Each program schedules at least one practice a week and runs for a minimum of twelve weeks. Athletes can participate in local competitions and have the chance to qualify for competitions in the provincial, national, and international levels.

In addition to Club Fit and Athletic Club, we offer 14 sports programs catering to over 200 registered athletes. We strive to run as many programs as possible so that our athletes have the opportunity to engage in sports year-round, but please note that some programs might be paused or cancelled due to a lack of facilities or program volunteers. We offer support and mentorship to athletes interested in speaking about the transformational power of sport to communities and organizations across the province.
